A few miles walked but only around town

Our last full day in big bear today, we had some chores to do, grocery stores to visit, bags to pack, gear to clean, sunburn to nurse, just the usual

We saw a disguised cell tower

And a mandate for water restrictions

Thursday we head out around noon to hoof it eleven miles to a water source, should be a fairly comfortable few days, will be higher mileage, closer to twenty each day, but a gentle decline seems to be what the elevation charts indicate.. They are notoriously misleading though so we'll see
